Description

A fine, pale ginger powder with a warm aroma, slightly lemony and sharp. Ginger (skinjbir) is one of the basic spices of Moroccan cooking: you find it in many tagines, in harira and in meat marinades.

Half a teaspoon is often enough for a family tagine, along with turmeric, pepper and saffron. It also goes into kefta, vegetable soups, cookies and gingerbread. For an infusion, choose our whole ginger instead.
