Delivery and returns

Delivery area

We deliver all over Casablanca, in all sixteen districts of the city. For an address outside Casablanca, contact us on WhatsApp before you order.

Delivery fees

Delivery is free in Casablanca.

Delivery time

After you order, we contact you to confirm the products and agree on a delivery time with you. For a specific date (celebration, reception, gift), order ahead and say so. Unless otherwise agreed, the order is fulfilled within thirty days of its confirmation at the latest, in accordance with Article 39 of Law 31-08; in practice, we deliver at the time agreed with you.

When your order arrives

Check your order on delivery, in the presence of the courier if possible: products, quantities, condition of the bags. If a product is missing or damaged, tell us immediately on WhatsApp, with a photo.

Damaged, incorrect or missing products

If a product is damaged, does not match your order or is missing, we replace it or refund you for the product concerned, after checking. Contact us as soon as it arrives, on WhatsApp at +212 6 21 49 83 90 or by email at Maisonfakya@gmail.com, with your order number and a photo.

Returns and right of withdrawal

Our products are foodstuffs. The seven-day right of withdrawal provided for by Article 36 of Law 31-08 does not apply to products likely to deteriorate or expire quickly, to platters and assortments made to your instructions, or to opened or partly eaten products, which cannot be sent back (Article 38). An unopened product, in its original packaging, can be returned to us within seven days of receipt; return costs are at your expense, and we refund you within fifteen days at the latest (Article 37).

Refunds

Refunds are made by bank transfer, or by the method agreed with you at the time of the complaint.
