Data controller
Personal data collected on this site is processed by Maison Fakya, Casablanca, Morocco (Maisonfakya@gmail.com, +212 6 21 49 83 90), in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Data collected
When you place an order or get in touch: first and last name, phone number, delivery address and landmarks, email address if you give it, the contents of the order and your exchanges with us. For a corporate quote request: company name, contact name, contact details and the details of the request. No bank card data is collected on the site.
Purposes
Your data is used to process, confirm and deliver your orders; to contact you about your order by phone, WhatsApp or email; to answer your requests and quote requests; to keep our accounts; and, only if you agree, to tell you about our new products and offers. We do not sell your data.
Recipients
Your data is used by Maison Fakya and by the people in charge of delivery, only to the extent necessary. It may be hosted by our technical providers (site hosting, order management, messaging), who act on our behalf. Some of these providers may be located outside Morocco; these transfers take place within the framework set by Law 09-08.
Retention period
Order data is kept for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship and meet our legal obligations, especially accounting obligations. Data used to send you marketing information is kept until you withdraw your consent.
Your rights
Under Articles 7, 8 and 9 of Law 09-08, you have a right of access to your data, a right of rectification, and a right to object, on legitimate grounds, to its processing, as well as the right to refuse any marketing free of charge. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access or disclosure, and we limit access to the people who need it to process your order.
Data protection authority (CNDP)
The National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP) oversees compliance with Law 09-08. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with it: www.cndp.ma.
