Description
Whole strawberries, dried until tender and slightly sticky, a deep, glossy red. In the mouth, the sweetness comes first, then the strawberry's characteristic tartness, with a supple chew. Their flavor is concentrated: a few pieces are enough.
They find their place on a fakya platter, next to the almonds and pistachios, where their color catches the eye. They can also be chopped into a yogurt, a bowl of oats or onto a cake, and they make a simple snack for children.
