Description
Slices of dried kiwi in a vivid green, with the ring of small black seeds in the center. The flesh is tender and a little sticky, the taste both sweet and tart, with all the liveliness of kiwi.
On a fakya platter, it's the green counterpoint to the apricots and papaya. It can also be chopped into a yogurt or a fruit salad or onto a cake, and nibbled in small amounts with afternoon tea, when you want a livelier fruit than a date.
