Description
In-shell pistachios covered in a paprika-colored barbecue seasoning. The flavor comes in two stages: first the smoky spices on the shell, right on your fingers, then the roasted pistachio inside.
This is the pistachio for evenings in: in front of a match, with friends, next to a cold drink. Mix them with roasted salted pistachios for variety, and keep small napkins handy, since a little of the seasoning stays on your fingers. For a different flavor, try our cheese pistachios too.
