Description
Whole almonds covered with flaxseed, held in a glossy brown shell. Under the teeth, the little seeds crackle, the shell cracks, then the almond brings its roundness. The flaxseed gives a slightly toasted note, subtle and pleasant.
They go with mint tea or coffee, and complete a fakya platter next to the oat and quinoa almonds, for varied textures. They also slip into a gift box, where their glossy look makes a fine impression.
